Roots & Remedies Circle | November

$10.00

Join me each month for Roots & Remedies Circle, a virtual community gathering dedicated to deepening our relationship with the plants. Together, we’ll highlight one herb, connect with it through meditation, taste or sip it when safe to do so, and share our reflections in circle.

This November, we’ll be virtually gathering on Saturday, the 8th at 1:00 PM EST.

We’ll be sitting with white pine (Pinus strobus).
Historically, and traditionally, pine needle preparations were used to soothe respiratory issues, help with congestion, and open the lungs.
Pine needle tea has 4-5 times more vitamin C than orange juice or a lemon. It is also a good source of vitamin A and is an expectorant (thins mucous).

This space is designed for all levels of herbal experience—from those just beginning their plant journey to seasoned folk herbalists. Each gathering is part education, part community conversation, and part experiential practice.

Guided by Courtney Trethric, folk herbalist and astrologer, the circle offers a chance to:

  • Explore the physical, emotional, and spiritual gifts of a single plant each month

  • Share stories, insights, and practices in community

  • Cultivate a personal relationship with herbs through direct experience

At the end of each gathering, there will be time for a 10–15 minute workshop-style Q&A. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share what’s been working in your own herbal practice, and receive reflections from the wider community.

🎟️ Ticket purchase is required for admittance. If pricing is a barrier, please reach out via email for a voucher. Vouchers are reserved for members of the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities, as well as those experiencing financial hardship.

👉 Please keep in mind that a ticket purchase is required for the link to the virtual classroom. A class recording will be sent to those who cannot attend live.

📧 After purchase, please keep an eye out for important emails regarding admittance and guidelines. Please remember that you’ll need to obtain the herb we’ll be working with in the circle yourself.

For any questions, please email Courtney Trethric at hello@thecosmiccraft.com. (Social media DMs are difficult to track, so email is the best way to connect.)
