Transmute the otherworldly into something tangible.

I’m a pet loss & grief guide working with identity thresholds, utilizing astrology, herbalism, gentle movement, and breath to as my unique framework.

Your grief has wisdom. It’s part of the cosmic makeup of our elders, those who came before us, and the future version of yourself. Grief isn’t something we can avoid if we’re daring enough to love deeply and without bounds.

Love doesn’t have to stop after the end, but it does change. That change can be beautiful and full of courage, meaning, and depth.

You’re not wrong for falling apart.

It’s only natural that you’re longing to resist the change, or sitting in fear because the future is scary without this part of yourself. Grief lends us the opportunity to shift into someone new entirely.

This sacred threshold is best walked in tandem with someone who knows the way.
Someone who can provide illumination on the path laid out by the stars. A guide who is familiar with the herbs that show up as friends along the journey, and who can provide access to tools that invite ease and regulation.
My entire life’s work is focused on guiding people through quiet endings, identity shifts, grief, and major life transitions using a unique, integrative, astroherbal body-based approach.

This work honors change as something you live through, not something you think your way out of.

FEATURED IN

I am a 2026 2-page astrology columnist for Rock N Roll Bride and have been featured in worldwide publications, including Yahoo!, MSN, Bustle, and more. I love sharing my expertise in astrology, herbalism, and intuitive wellness, and I welcome opportunities to contribute to publications of any size. I also have experience podcasting and I am available for speaking engagements, interviews, and retreats.

What you can expect:

I offer personalized support during times of transition, and specialize in pet loss and anticipatory grief of losing an animal companion. I help clarify what is ending, what is emerging, and how to step into the next chapter with intention.

My modalities are old and wise, making it easy for your body to receive.

We’ve walked underneath the stars for all of eternity.

Herbs have been existing alongside us as faithful companions, teachers, and allies to walk with us — especially when life gets tough.

  • Astrology
Tools and timing techniques help you understand what season you are in, what chapter is ending, and what might be coming your way. I’m a Hellenistic astrologer, and I find that the whole sign house system resonates best. Astrology gives me answers for all of lifes questions; but especially “why?” and “what’s next?”

  • To support your body and nervous system through stress, grief, and change with remedies matched to your constitution and current transits. I’ll look at your astrological birth chart and locate any energetic imbalances or deficiencies. This astroherbal technique makes the herbal ally chosen more likely to be a good fit for your constitution.

  • To restore steadiness, presence, and connection when life feels unsettled. My special interest in the world of yoga has always been yin and restorative. I’m currently deepening my breath-mind navigation practice and obtaining certification in Tulum, Mexico, in the spring of 2026.

  • You don't need to call yourself spiritual to feel the pull toward something more intentional. Ritual is simply the practice of showing up with purpose and I have been doing it, in one form or another, my entire life. From ancestral altar work to protection workings to the everyday magic of the words we speak over ourselves and others, my spellcraft is adaptable, earth-rooted, and deeply personal. This work meets you exactly where you are, with no ideology attached and no belief system required.

Roots & Stars Oxymel
from $16.00

Grief doesn't keep business hours. It comes at 2 AM, it comes in the car, it comes in the chest-tightening wave you weren't expecting on a Tuesday afternoon. Underneath most grief, especially the grief of losing a pet, there's an anxious, dysregulated nervous system trying to make sense of an absence it keeps reaching for.

Roots & Stars was blended to help soothe frayed systems. Kava, motherwort, passionflower, rose, and peppermint, with the option of organically grown CBD, in a traditional oxymel base of raw local WNC honey and apple cider vinegar.

This is herbal support for the nervous system in grief: calming without sedating, grounding without numbing, sweet enough to actually look forward to.

How to use:

  • Daily support: Take 1 teaspoon–1 tablespoon per day as a grounding tonic.

  • For stress or overwhelm: 2 tablespoons in still or sparkling water, or stirred into warm tea for a calming ritual.

  • Creative uses: Sip straight, add to a mocktail for a botanical twist, or drizzle over fresh fruit for a sweet-tart herbal glaze.

My favorite way to enjoy Roots & Stars is with some bubbly water at the end of the day; it sets the tone for stillness and leaves me with clarity the following morning. But you can also mix it into herbal tea, add it to salad dressings, or take it as a sweet spoonful whenever your heart and spirit need support.

Steady & Strong Herbal Tea
from $11.00

An herbal remedy for grief — and a tea made to be prayed over.

Losing a pet breaks something open in you. The grief is real, it is soul-crushing, and it deserves more than being rushed through. Steady & Strong was blended with that emotional embodiment in mind. A cup of organic herbs chosen specifically for their ability to hold a grieving heart and a fraying nervous system.

These are herbs with a long history of being used for grief support: heart-tonifying, adaptogenic, deeply nourishing. Whether you're in the thick of fresh loss or months out and still moving through it in waves, this blend meets you there.

This tea is also a grief ritual, if you want it to be. Before you steep it, you can speak to it — a prayer, an intention, a few words to your animal companion. [→ click here for my spell for speaking over tea]

By: The Cosmic Craft X Intuitive Mars

Losing an animal companion is one of the most disorienting griefs there is. And yet, most of us are expected to navigate it without a roadmap, without language for what we need, and without anyone asking the right questions. This workbook was made to change that.

The Pet Death Plan & Aftercare Workbook walks you through the practical and the tender — end-of-life logistics, sacred space planning, rituals for the days after, and how to actually answer when someone says "let me know if there's anything I can do."

Whether your pet is still with you and you want to be prepared, or loss is already sitting in your house, this workbook meets you where you are. Take what fits. Leave what doesn't. Come back to it as many times as you need. Take as long as you need to move through it with intention.

This 14-page digital workbook is designed to give this turbulent time somewhere to land. It’s crafted to ease anxiety and help your brain cope with incoming loss with direction and clarity in an often foggy time.

It lives as an editable Google Doc, so you can make it uniquely yours, or even print it out to have at the ready.

This workbook is a living document and will be updated periodically to expand on questions from our communities, too.
