Astrology Forecast 🌟 Mar 9 - 16
Ostara, the start of spring is in 10 days! More warmth, heat, and time outdoors is upon us! I’m just beginning to craft up my altar and welcome this new wave of energy into my heart and household (which I’ll be sharing only in the Inner Circle soon!). Ostara is one of my favorite holidays, as the internal magick is not only felt, but seen by the blooming flowers, buzzing bees, and bustle of nature.
We have some tricky transitions coming up this week. Not to say there’s a reason to lose hope or let go of the wheel — but if you feel particularly burned out, you can surely blame it on the stars.
Thankfully, I’ve set you up with a few tools to work with the cosmic waves that seem to be crashing in right now. You’ll learn how to use the four elements within your intuitive practice. This helps build up that intuitive muscle and makes the messages of the universe come through with more clarity.
As always, this week’s spell focus at the bottom of this publication is tailored to work with the cosmos. You’ll learn to encourage growth after enduring trauma or impactful stressors. This ritual will help you tap into — and grow — your strength and self-love.

Mar 14 | Shining light on boundaries, overwhelm, and emotions
Lunar eclipse
Talk about a transformative eclipse coming up. With both Virgo and Pisces activated, you’re looking at two opposing forces struggling to find a stable ground or come up for air. If you feel like you’re drowning, or everything around you feels like you’re moving too fast — you’re not alone. Take a big breath, and lean into grounding exercises.
Pay attention to your boundaries, and make sure they’re serving you well. If you find yourself overthinking about work, your roots, or even feeling a little overwhelmed emotionally — take a step back. Try your best not to react, and instead, try to dispel that energy with a brisk walk, exercise, or even vent on the phone with a friend.
Full moons have a way of illuminating everything that was once hidden, especially during eclipses. It might be more sudden, direct, or even a little chaotic. Eclipses can be felt hard, and fast. Give yourself some space to be a little lazy, or even antisocial. If you’re looking for an excuse to bow out of social obligations, or even take a mental health day from work, consider this your sign! I always urge folks to focus on self-preservation during lunations, especially this one.
🛁 Bath ritual: Take a magnesium salt bath with rosemary, get sensual and luxurious about it. Set out some black tourmaline in all four corners of your tub or bathroom to cleanse and protect your energy. Let the water wash away overwhelm and instill a sense of calm as the water goes down the drain.
March 15 | Paying attention to the past to recreate the present
Mercury stations retrograde in Aries
Mercury joins Venus while they both dance backward in the sky. Everything is a bit more pressed, with more pressure than usual. Work projects, creative endeavors, and travel plans are going to need all of your attention to make sure they go right.
Now isn’t the time to rehash conversations, or dig up old photos or projects and fall into the trap of comparison. Don’t be surprised if some old wounds start to sting too, it’s all a part of the process. These feelings are surfacing for a reason. While you might want to pick yourself apart and suffer for all of your faults, you’re missing the point (and the beauty of this unique transit.) Dig into the why and not the how for the answer you’re looking for.
Remember, this isn’t an overnight transit. Be aware that the feelings that are bubbling to the surface are divine timing. It might need to be reworked, undone, or even let go of. The kicker is that you won’t come to this understanding right away, and it might be difficult to grasp. Expect the download to come once these planets aren’t retrograde anymore and they leave their shadow.
🌀 Mantra tip: Retrogrades are not about instant answers—they are about uncovering deeper truths. Instead of getting frustrated, come up with a mantra to cultivate some acceptance. Something like “I am exactly where I need to be” This counteracts the urge to dwell in self-criticism, and helps you see the moment for what it truly is.
