Full moons have a way of elevating your emotions, and this one has a strong signature of emotional overwhelm, mixed with a little disillusionment. This isn’t the full moon to do shadow work, as the water is too murky to come to any solid conclusions. You’re better off detaching a bit and letting things flow. Though, be aware that now more than ever, letting things go will be easier said than done. Don’t fall into obsessive thoughts or patterns, especially around work, inner chatter, or health concerns.
